Kiełbasa szynkowa from Poland

Kiełbasa szynkowa is a very large and thick smoked sausage, originating in Poland, made with bits of ham.

The name "szynkowa" comes from "szynka" meaning "ham," which would appear to be a Polish transliteration of the German "Schinken."
